Responsibilities
• Perform exceptional blowouts and finishing services
• Create beautiful braids, updos, and special occasion styles
• Provide makeup services or be willing to learn
• Consult with guests regarding their beauty goals and preferences
• Recommend products, memberships, and service enhancements
• Deliver outstanding customer service that builds guest loyalty
• Maintain a clean, organized, professional workstation
• Participate in ongoing education and training opportunities
Requirements
• Current Ohio Cosmetology License OR Ohio State Board Work Permit while awaiting exam date or results
• Weekend availability (Saturday required; Sunday and Friday availability preferred)
• Flexibility to work peak beauty hours, including Thursdays through Saturdays
• Passion for beauty, customer service, and personal growth
• Salon experience is a plus but not required
New Graduates Encouraged to Apply
No blowout, braiding, extension, bridal, or makeup experience?
No problem.
We provide paid training and hands-on coaching to help you build confidence and master Blo's signature services. Recent cosmetology school graduates are encouraged to apply.

Compensation: $11.00 - $30.00 per hour
